RETURNS POLICY
It is a term of your contract with P & J Ceramics that in the event of wishing to cancel your order that you promptly return the unused item in the appropriate packaging and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Customer should notify us in writing if you wish to return an item stating reason for doing so as this helps us to improve our service.

Do not destroy or dispose of any product even if faulty before discussing with ourselves. Faults or breakages should be notified within 24 hours of delivery, an example of fault may be required as proof and as a reference.

Return goods are only accepted if previously authorised by P & J Ceramics

We will process a refund of the order within 30 days

P&J Ceramics shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or however arising from non delivery of any goods.
