We will endevour to keep all items in stock, however, as we make our own ceramics there may be times, due to circumstances beyond our control, that we are out of stock of some items.
Items in stock will be despatched within 5 working days of the receipt of order and payment.
If an item is not in stock we will notify you by e-mail along with estimated delivery time
If an out of stock item forms part of the order the in stock items will be despatched immediately with out of stock items following as soon as possible. You will be charged only once for the first carriage
