TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· PAYMENT OF ORDERS BY CASH CHEQUE OR PAY PAL · VALUE ADDED TAX WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CURRENT RATE AT THE DATE OF INVOICE · CARRIAGE/SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL ORDERS DESPATCHED · GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF P & J CERAMICS LTD UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL HAS BEEN RECEIVED · ERRORS OR FAULTS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY, AN EXAMPLE OF THE FAULT MAY BE REQUIRED AS PROOF AND AS A REFERENCE · P & J CERAMICS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS WHATSOEVER OR HOWSOEVER ARISING CAUSED BY NON DELIVERY OF ANY GOODS · RETURN GOODS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF PREVIOUSLY AUTHORISED BY P&J CERAMICS LTD · FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL MAKE VOID ANY CLAIM ON P&J CERAMICS LTD
· ALL TOOLING, DRAWINGS, ILLUSTRATIONS ETC ARE THE PROPERTY OF P & J CERAMICS LTD UNLESS SUPPLIED BY THE BUYER · WE SHALL TAKE EVERY CARE TO ENSURE UNIFORMITY BUT SOME VARIATION MAY OCCUR IN PRODUCTION DUE TO THE NATURE OF CERAMICS · WE MANUFACTURE TO STANDARD CERAMIC TOLERANCES or - 2% or 0.3mm WHICHEVER IS THE GREATER · P & J CERAMICS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT LOSS SUFFERED BY THE BUYER. NON-EXHAUSTIVE ILLUSTRATIONS OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT LOSS WOULD BE LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CONTRACTS, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OF THE BUYER OR ANYONE ELSE AND PERSONAL INJURY TO THE BUYER OR ANYONE ELSE ARISING FROM DAMAGE, ACCIDENTAL OR OTHERWISE, TO OUR PRODUCT · ALL MATERIAL STORED BY P & J CERAMICS LTD WHICH IS THE PROPERTY OF THE BUYER WILL BE AT THE RISK OF THE SAID BUYER. . SAID MATERIALS WILL BE HELD BY P & J CERAMICS LTD UNTIL FULL PAYMENT OF ANY OUTSTANDING INVOICES IS RECEIVED.

Shopping in the Mall
The Mall is operated by Artisans Online, full details of which are available in the "Contact us" section of this website.
It is the policy of the Mall to accept a tenant only when it is satisfied that the tenant understands and agrees to terms and conditions that reflect the Mall's expectations of how they should operate their shop to ensure satisfied customers.
However, all tenants and their shops are completely separate entities from the Mall and they act completely independently of it. Customers are therefore reminded that they are dealing with separate businesses when they visit a shop and any contracts they enter into for the supply of merchandise are contracts with the individual shop owner and not the Mall itself. Each shop in the Mall will have its own terms and conditions that will underpin and govern their arrangements with their customers.
Artisans Online does however ask that customers provide it with feedback on the quality of service individual shop owners provide their customers and also satsifaction with merchandise ordered and its processing from point of order to receipt.

Terms and Conditions of entering, ordering and purchasing in the Mall
Those visiting the Mall and making purchases from shops within it therefore agree to the following terms and conditions for their visit and purchases :
1. Purchases are made from individual shops within the Mall which are all separately owned.
2.The Mall does no accept any responsibility for :
a) Goods held out for sale by Mall shops
b) Any sales by Mall shops
c) Any contracts implied or express entered into by Mall customers and visitors with Mall shops
d) Any payments made or due in respect of transactions or the consequences of transactions made with shops in the Mall.
